Giving Back To The Society Is My No.1 Priority... King Raphius

A top artist in the upper west region of Ghana, King Raphius has stated that giving back to society is his number one priority in his music career.

The Lilaafi hit maker who doubles as the president of the Upper West Chapter of MUSIGA made this statement when he announced that he and his team is set to donate a good number of nose masks to people to augment the fight against the novel coronavirus disease in the region.

On his whatsap status and facebook handle, he wrote "Giving Back To The Society Is My No.1 Priority.
My Team
#TeamLILAAFI And I About To Donate Nose Masks To The Fans, Love Ones And Everyone Supporting My Career. I Want To Say A Big Thank U To You All. #KingRaph_Covid_19_Fight2020
Watch Out For Donation Places, Date And Time.... Let's Fight Corona Virus Together"

Speaking to DJ Sharron of Tumpaani 88.5 FM, he indicated that he believes a victorious war against covid-19 requires the sacrificial effort of everyone and so that his donation of the nose masks is in support of his firm belief.

Answering a question if he does not think the masks customized in his brand, with his picture on each of the to-be donated nose mask, would discourage non fans or people who do not like him from accepting them , he said his pictures on the masks should not discourage people who dislike him from accepting them. "Well, if a person does not like me but it should not mean he or she should reject my nose mask simply because my picture is on it. I hate no one but if for one or two reasons somebody else does not like me, he or she should still accept my nose mask with my picture because he or she would not live to dislike me when his or life is lost to covid 19. We are fighting corona virus and not Raphius". He explained.

President Raphius urged his members to effectively use any platform such as their social media handles and the stages they climb to preach the covid-19 safety protocols to their audience so that fight against the virus can be won with ease.
He also used the platform to tell his fans that there was a hit track in the pipeline titled "Kaabaaku" and will in the few days be released.

Upper West Region has already recorded 80 confirmed cases of the novel virus.
